The problem

Someone texts your spa at 10pm asking about lip filler. That message sits unread until morning. By morning, she has booked somewhere else. It happens on weekends, on holidays, and during every treatment you are performing.

New bookings are only part of it. Every cancellation is a hole in your day that goes cold. Every happy client who leaves without a review is word-of-mouth you never got.

One recovered filler appointment can be worth hundreds of dollars. Booked Solid makes sure the next one doesn't slip away.

How it works

  1. A text or website-chat message arrives, at any hour. 10pm, Sunday morning, mid-facial. Doesn't matter.
  2. Your front desk replies in seconds. "Hi! Thanks for reaching out to [Your Spa]. Are you looking to book something, or do you have a question I can help with?" Warm, on-brand, in your voice.
  3. It figures out what she wants. Service, preferred day/time, any questions about the treatment, answered from your services and prices.
  4. It offers a real open slot from your booking calendar, and holds it. Nothing is promised to the client yet.
  5. You get a text. "New booking request: lip filler, Thursday 2pm, Maya R. Reply YES to confirm." One word locks it in.
  6. Only then does she get "You're confirmed!", plus a reminder before the appointment.

Two more things it does while you sleep: when someone cancels, the system texts your waitlist: "a slot opened Thursday at 2, want it?" And after each visit, it sends a polite review request. Both automatic, both in your voice.

The rule the whole system runs on: it holds; you confirm. Nothing is ever promised to a client without your word.

What's included

Nothing to install. Nothing to learn. It works with the booking system you already use and the phone you already carry.

One thing to be completely clear about: texts to the system go to a brand-new local number, not the number you use now. The new number is the one your clients text — put it on your Google listing, your website, your Instagram bio, and your cards. A text to the new number gets an instant reply, day or night. Your old number keeps working, but texts to it are not covered — the system only sees texts to the new number (your website chat is covered either way). So from go-live, the new number is the number you hand out.

The price

One-time payment
$1,497
One payment. No monthly plan, no keep-it-running fee. The system runs on your accounts, not ours.

Prefer to split it? Pay $747 now and $750 when your system goes live. Same total, same guarantee.

One or two recovered appointments can cover the entire cost. Everything after that is found revenue.

The guarantee — in writing

Every genuine customer message answered within 2 minutes, or every cent back.

If any genuine customer text or website-chat message doesn't get a response within 2 minutes during your first 30 days live, you get a full refund. No exit interview, no hard feelings, no fine print games.

A "genuine customer message" means a real client or prospect writing in, not spam or bots. Every response time is logged and verifiable. I'll share the logs any time you ask. The guarantee covers the days the system is live and connected. If the connection is turned off or the number is changed without telling us, those days don't count.

Questions owners actually ask

What do I have to do? How much work does this add?

A 10-minute form at the start (services, prices, hours, your booking system, brand voice). After that: approve bookings with a one-word text. That's the whole daily job.

What apps or software do I need?

None. It works with the booking system you already use (Vagaro, Mindbody, Calendly, or even just your phone) and the phone you already carry. Booking requests arrive as plain texts.

Do my clients have to text a different number?

Yes — this is the one real change, so here it is plainly. Your front desk answers texts sent to a brand-new local number, not the number you use now. The new number is the one clients text: put it on your Google listing, your website, your Instagram bio, and your cards. A text to it gets an instant reply, day or night. Your old number keeps working, but texts to it are not covered — the system only sees texts to the new number. Your website chat is covered either way, since it doesn't depend on a number. That's why the new number has to be the one you hand out.

How does it work with my real calendar? Will it double-book me?

At setup you connect your booking system or share your availability rules. The system only offers genuine open slots, and it holds the slot rather than booking it, then texts you to confirm with a single YES. Nothing is ever promised to a client without your word, so double-booking can't happen.

What about no-shows?

The system sends a confirmation right after booking and a reminder before the appointment. A reminder gives the client a prompt to show up or reschedule, instead of leaving an empty chair with no warning. It cannot eliminate no-shows entirely (nothing can).

You say one-time. Is the messaging really included?

The build is one-time. The messaging itself runs on your own Twilio account: a few cents per text, about a dollar a month for the number, and $1.50–$10/month in carrier campaign fees, billed to you directly by Twilio. We don't mark it up and we're not in the middle of it.

Will it sound robotic to my clients?

No. It is written in your brand's voice, whether that's warm and friendly or polished and luxury. It handles routine questions and booking; anything nuanced or sensitive goes straight to you. Clients just experience a spa that always answers.

What if a client asks something complicated?

The system answers what's in its script (services, prices, hours, booking) and hands anything else to you with the full conversation attached, so you pick up exactly where it left off, no repeated questions.

What if it doesn't work?

Then you get every cent back. If any genuine customer text or website-chat message isn't answered within 2 minutes in your first 30 days live, that's a full refund, in writing above. The risk sits with me, not you.

Your launch timeline

*I file your carrier registration on Day 0. It's handled for you. Most registrations clear in 1–5 business days. Your 30-day guarantee starts the day you go live, so a carrier delay never costs you money.

One thing to do in the first 7 days

Your system runs on your own Twilio account. That's what keeps the system fully in your name, and Twilio bills you directly for messaging. When you check out, you'll receive a setup walkthrough that takes about 5 minutes. Please complete it within 7 days of purchase so we can install inside your setup window. If setup isn't completed within 7 days, the installation closes. We don't run your system on our accounts, and we don't carry messaging costs for accounts that were never set up.

We'll remind you on day 3 and day 6. "Setup complete" means your Twilio account is created and access is granted. The carrier approval wait (usually 1–5 business days) runs on your account in parallel and does not extend the 7-day deadline. Your 30-day guarantee clock starts only at go-live, so it never runs before your system is actually live.

Questions? Just reply to any of my emails. I answer everything in writing, usually within a few hours. The whole process is handled over email; no calls, ever.
